Join Our Family Medicine Team in Clinton IA!
MercyOne Medical Group Clinton is excited to announce an opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Internal Medicine or Med-Peds Physician to join our welcoming outpatient primary care practices in the charming community of Clinton Iowa. Our clinic is affiliated with a full-service hospital offering a supportive environment and a commitment to quality healthcare.
Clinton is a vibrant small-town community with easy access to various recreational activities including fishing boating and riverside dining all while enjoying big city amenities just a short drive away.
Job Responsibilities:
- Full-time Physician position at a local clinic.
- Work hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team including RN Medical Assistant and Receptionist.
- Serve loyal patients in a community-focused clinic aimed at expanding care.
- Provide comprehensive patient care with on-site lab and radiology services for efficiency.
- Participate in on-call rotation (1:4 weekends).
Qualifications:
- Board Eligible (within 3 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Family Medicine Internal Medicine or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics.
- Willingness to obtain an Iowa medical license.
- Clean malpractice history is preferred.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Iowa medical license (or willing to obtain).
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or related field.
