Join our dedicated team as a Permanent Family Care Provider in a rural health clinic located in Aledo IL just 45 minutes south of the vibrant Quad Cities. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate healthcare in a rural community setting.
- Collaborate with a team of 2 Physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers in a Rural Health Clinic.
- Utilize on-site lab and X-ray facilities adjacent to the clinic.
- Offer comprehensive coverage for clinic hospital and long-term care.
- Note: Not accepting locums candidates or visa candidates.
- Malpractice: Clean record required; no pending cases.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Must have or be willing to obtain an Illinois medical license.
- Preferred: Clean malpractice history.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Eligible (within 3 years of residency) or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - REQUIRED
- Illinois license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- Clean malpractice history - PREFERRED
