We are currently seeking a qualified professional Parts Advisor to join our rapidly expanding team. As a Parts Advisor you will be responsible for providing vehicle parts and or accessories to our professional technicians and retail customers while providing exceptional customer service.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to all customers and vendors.
- Process customer orders and recommend additional related repair items.
- Provide our Advisors and Technicians parts inquiry pricing and availability in a timely manner.
- Process and fill back counter technician parts orders.
- Gain superior product knowledge and understanding of vehicle components through available factory training to effectively help customers advisors and technicians.
- Assist with the daily inventory.
- Assist in maintaining perpetual inventories.
- Help maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the service counter work area and stockroom.
Qualifications:
- Previous CDJR parts advisor experience preferred
- Familiarity with common Automotive DMS systems
- Understand basic automotive components and systems
- Automotive dealership service experience is a plus
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time
- Able to lift 40lbs unassisted
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Working knowledge of computers
- Be at least 18 years of age
