About the Role:

The PR & Events Specialist position is responsible for managing public relations initiatives and coordinating events that promote Infiniarc consumer and commercial PC hardware products and enhance brand visibility. This role involves building relationships with media influencers and stakeholders as well as planning and executing high-impact events that elevate Infiniarc presence.

Job Responsibilities

Public Relations Management

• Develop and execute PR strategies to increase brand awareness visibility and reputation.
• Coordinate product review programs with media and content creators.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align PR messaging with product launches and campaigns.

Media Relations

• Build and nurture relationships with journalists bloggers and influencers in the gaming and technology sectors.
• Write press releases media pitches and spokesperson briefing materials.
• Respond to media inquiries and arrange interviews with company executives or product experts.
• Monitor media coverage and manager PR crises when necessary.

Event Planning and Coordination

• Plan organize and execute events such as product launches trade shows gaming conventions commercial events employer brand activities and promotional events.
• Manage all logistics for gaming tournaments influencer meetups and community events including venue selection vendor management and on-site coordination.
• Develop engaging booth experiences demos and promotional activities.
• Oversee event budgets timelines and post-event reporting.

Campaign Development

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that integrate PR efforts with overall marketing strategies.
• Utilize events and media outreach to amplify campaign messaging and reach broader audiences.

Community & Influencer Engagement

• Identify and partner with gaming and lifestyle influencers commercial KOLs streamers and esports personalities.
• Amplify user-generated content and community-driven initiatives.
• Represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities.

Monitoring and Reporting

• Track media coverage and event success analyzing metrics such as impressions engagement and attendance.
• Prepare reports on PR activities providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.

Brand Advocacy

• Serve as a brand ambassador at events representing the companys values and mission to the public and stakeholders.
• Engage with attendees answer questions and promote products during events.

Qualifications:

• B.A. in Communications Public Relations Marketing or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in PR event management or marketing within the tech or gaming industry.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools (such as ChatGPT Notion AI or PRophet) to support media outreach streamline event planning and enhance communication efficiency.
• Experience managing events from 50-person meetups to 10000 attendee expos.
• Experience with product launch campaigns is a plus.
• Existing relationships with esports teams gaming and lifestyle influencers is a plus.
• Knowledge of computer hardware trends (modular PCs haptic feedback etc.)
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.

Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in media relations and understanding of the gaming landscape.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Creativity in developing engaging content and event formats.
• Willing to travel for events.
