Were looking for a Strategic Virtual Events & Programs Lead to lead the planning and execution of internal and external virtual events that drive a meaningful pipeline and revenue growth for Freshworks. This role ensures that our story is delivered consistently and impactfully through virtual events & experiences such as CxO roundtables executive conferences and global webinars tailored at prospects across all segments especially focused on enterprise and mid-market customers.
Youll partner closely with GTM leadership demand gen teams product marketing brand campaigns sales and executives to bring scale to digital and virtual events/properties to drive demand creation and capture. Youll design agendas shape content flow and manage execution end to end - always with a focus on connecting events back to Freshworks go-to-market strategy and sales plays.
This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys designing impactful experiences thrives on cross-functional collaboration and can balance creativity with disciplined execution.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and Execute Virtual Events & Webinars focused on tier 1 regions including North America and UK Lead the design and delivery of these events from executive forums to enablement sessions and partner summits.
Shape Content and Agendas Work with product marketing GTM leadership and executives to translate priorities into compelling global event narratives and sessions.
Collaborate Across Teams Partner with product marketing campaigns sales executives and corporate events to deliver cohesive high-quality virtual programs.
Elevate the Experience Create engaging formats and deliverables that differentiate Freshworks events and resonate with enterprise and SMB audiences.
Measure and Improve Track impact and feedback and use insights to evolve future events.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree or equivalent in Marketing Communications Event Management or related field.
5 years of experience managing strategic events or global programs in technology/SaaS.
Demonstrated success leading events that communicate complex product or GTM strategies to internal and external audiences.
Strong project management skills able to balance logistics content and stakeholder needs simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage senior leaders and technical experts.
Ability to adapt global event narratives and formats to regional needs.
Strong data-oriented mindset and accountability to deliver revenue and pipeline growth for the company
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and how virtual events and webinars support GTM strategy.
Background in global program design with sensitivity to regional differences.
Experience experimenting with innovative event formats (interactive hands-on or hybrid)
Additional Information :
The annual base salary range for this position is $116400 - $167325 USD.
Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location experience job-related skills and level. Bonus/equity may be available.
