This position is open with Bajaj Finance Analyst for Preparation of Credit Appraisal Memo (CAMs) and underwriting of corporates for Commercial Lending Vertical of Bajaj Finance Ltd. The job role includes analyzing the proposal in details including business model Industry analysis financial spreads projections and risks and mitigants. Duties and Responsibilities
Preparation of Credit Appraisal Memos (CAM) covering details of financials business industry and management while maintaining quick of financials and due diligence process for lending to be carried out as per the Lending programs for Commercial lending division of Bajaj Finance LimitedThorough monitoring of accounts sourced keep track on customer business and report any early warning signals and take appropriate actions as identified to ensure NIL delinquency in the Portfolio. Ensure & review that the covenants & conditions as per sanctioned terms are regularly of the end user industries covering the existing and prospective portfolio and identify any early warning signalsRegular tracking of progress on the agreed key metrics towards delivering on the strategy. Track developments in the respective markets and provide feedback to the management team
Required Qualifications and Experience
Educational Qualificationsa)QualificationsCA/MBA in Financeb)Work Experiencea)Minimum 2 years in the Corporate Lending industry preferably with a reputed Bank / NBFC.b)Exposure in u/w for Corporate Clients would be preferred.
