We are looking for a dedicated Client Success Manager to join Southend Psychiatry a leading hospital/health care provider. As a Client Success Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our clients. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing solutions to help them achieve their goals. This position is vital to our organization as it directly impacts client satisfaction and loyalty contributing to the overall success of Southend Psychiatry.
As a Client Success Manager at Southend Psychiatry you will be involved in a variety of projects aimed at enhancing the client experience and driving business growth. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to optimize client success. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where your efforts will directly impact the well-being of our clients and the success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals.
- Proactively engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement client success strategies.
- Monitor client accounts and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed.
- Gather client feedback and communicate insights to relevant teams for product enhancement.
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to client success and retention.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in client-facing roles or customer service is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client satisfaction goals.
