We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager / Sales Director to spearhead our new client acquisition efforts. This is a critical role where you will own the entire sales cyclefrom initial outreach to closing dealswhile engaging with senior marketing and growth leaders at B2B organizations globally. Key Responsibilities:
l Own and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
l Identify and engage with key decision-makers within SaaS IT and other B2B sectors
l Design and execute multi-channel outbound sales strategies (email LinkedIn cold calling)
l Qualify prospects and deliver tailored pitches for our demand generation services
l Maintain accurate sales data in CRM systems and consistently meet/exceed monthly and quarterly targets
l Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs and market trends
Requirements
l 48 years of proven B2B sales experience (preferably within a lead generation or digital agency environment)
l Demonstrated success in selling to mid-market and enterprise-level clients
l Exceptional communication negotiation and closing abilities
l Strong knowledge of outbound marketing ABM and sales enablement tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator Apollo HubSpot etc.)
l Self-driven target-focused and adaptable to a high-performance in sales culture
