We are seeking a skilled Java Project Manager to join our client Mphasis in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Java along with proven project management experience. This role requires managing project deliverables timelines and ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid work environment.

Bangalore

Experience:

10 – 15 Years

Budget:

Up to 32 LPA

Notice Period:

Short Joiners Only

Shift Timings:

12 PM – 9 PM (ODC Environment)

Mode of Work:

Hybrid (3 days Work From Office)

Passport:

Mandatory

Responsibilities

  • Manage project deliverables timelines and resources effectively.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to communicate project status and resolve issues.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company policies.
  • Provide technical guidance leveraging strong Java knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on understanding of Java.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
