United Abrasives Inc. has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative.

Position: Customer Service Representative.
Location: North Windham CT.
Employment Type: Full-Time.
Our Customer Service Department is a fast-paced team environment that handles multiple assignments to support our distributors and outside sales representatives. We offer a comfortable professional office work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide courteous and efficient support to customers via phone email and other communication channels. Address inquiries orders and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Order Processing: Accurately enter and process customer orders ensuring timely delivery and resolving any order-related issues.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an understanding of our abrasive products their applications and their benefits to assist customers effectively.
- Reception Coverage: Provide backup support for front desk reception duties as needed.
The Successful Candidate must have:
- Excellent communication interpersonal and telephone skills.
- Strong computer order entry proficiency.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Good judgment and attendance.
