Your role
Do you enjoy helping people and solving problems As a Customer Service Representative youll be the first point of contact for clients. Youll listen actively direct their questions to the right place and support them with clear solutions.
What Youll Do
- Act as the first contact for customer inquiries.
- Route questions to the right department quickly and accurately.
- Meet KPIs while delivering excellent service.
- Follow policies and procedures with accuracy and compliance.
What You Need
- Native-level Dutch (C2) & excellent English (C1)
- Customer-focused with a friendly and helpful approach.
- Strong communication skills (spoken & written).
- Organized detail-oriented and accurate.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
