Locum Neurologist Opportunity in Jackson MI
Join a reputable neurology clinic in Jackson Michigan seeking a dedicated Neurologist to fill an essential coverage role.
Our facility is well-equipped featuring an onsite lab and x-ray services and supported by a skilled team of medical professionals including three physicians RNs medical assistants and customer service representatives. This practice primarily serves adult patients while also attending to pediatric cases offering a dynamic work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care in a neurology clinic setting.
- Manage a patient load of 16-18 patients per day.
- Perform necessary neurology procedures including radiologic exam interpretation EMG and botulinum toxin administration.
- Collaborate with fellow neurologists and staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient records.
Qualifications:
- MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology.
- Valid Michigan medical license preferred; efforts to expedite the process will be prioritized.
- Current BLS certification.
- A clean professional background is preferred.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Certification/Eligibility - Required
- BLS - Required
- Michigan Medical License - Highly preferred
