Job Description
Job Title: Locum - Physician - Traumatic Brain Injury/General Medicine

Experience the fulfilling opportunity to perform General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury exams in the scenic city of Pensacola Florida. This practice operates on a PRN basis at leased facilities providing essential medical evaluations to a grateful community of veterans.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct interview-based exams with physical assessments focusing on General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury.
- Utilize Goniometers for range of motion and muscle strength testing.
- Complete non-treatment C&P exams and separation health assessments.
- Submit evaluations within 48 hours utilizing the VES provider portal ensuring no narrative reporting is required.
- Engage in follow-up administrative tasks including addendums and medical opinions.
- Participate in ongoing training and certification to enhance care quality.
- Be prepared to travel to perform exams as needed.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Neurology Neurosurgery PM&R or related specialty.
- Proficient in evaluating and diagnosing respiratory cardiovascular and neurological conditions.
- Own a personal laptop (Windows-based) for reporting and evaluations.
- Must be willing to complete DMA training and obtain certification.
- Familiarity with musculoskeletal diabetes and cardio conditions is required.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted medical license.
- Board certification is mandatory.
- DMA certification completion is required for continued practice.
