Main Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare reports presentations and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Organise travel arrangements including flights accommodation and itineraries.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- Take minutes and follow up on action points from meetings.
- Maintain efficient filing systems and office organisation.
- Support the executive in day-to-day operations and project coordination.
