Job Description

Diocese of Lismore Catholic Schools

The Diocese of Lismore Catholic Schools (DLCS) provides a range of services to support approximately 3500 staff in 45 vibrant and dynamic Catholic school communities that serve more than 18000 students. The DLCS assists schools to build teaching and leadership capabilities in communities of professional educators who share responsibility for school improvement and for achieving the best outcomes for our students.

Executive Assistant Hastings

Based at our Port Macquarie NSW office

Full-time permanent position. Start date to be negotiated with the successful candidate.

Position Purpose:

The primary purpose of the position is to provide timely accurate and professional support and assistance to the Regional Assistant Director Hastings and core regional office team. The Executive Assistant will perform a wide range of administrative duties including office management executive assistance maintaining a regional events calendar report writing presentations and communication skills as well as interfacing effectively with internal and external stakeholders and customers.

This role supports the underlying Mission of Catholic Education in the Diocese of Lismore by delivering services that contribute to enabling students to achieve the fullness of life.
