Job Description

Responsible for end-to-end onboarding for all regions (JHBCPTKZN) both local and offshore clients including the collation and completion of all documentation (business and regulatory / compliance) completion of all business processes (BAF SAP profile creation and maintenance) engagement with Portfolio managers and client service teams and any distribution channel (IFA SBFC WI etc.) to ensure the onboarding process is as smooth and timeous as possible. The role includes but not limited to providing a level of administrative support across the various stakeholders (client PM MD on-boarding team) being the central point of contact to manage the end - to end relationship and ensuring that the onboarding experience is as streamlined and efficient as possible.

A high level of service across multiple stakeholders is required with the ability to coordinate multiple administrative tasks applying risk management and compliance methodologies and ensuring governance to regulatory requirements.

In addition the individual will be required in many instances to be involved in project related initiatives deemed necessary for business.

 


Qualifications :

Type of Qualification: Advanced Diploma
Field of Study: Business Commerce
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce
Knowledge of FAIS FIAC and other regulatory requirements an advantage
Prior on-boarding and client experience management an advantage
 

Experience Required

Business Support
5-7 Years
A comprehensive and intensive knowledge of the investment industry and the different investment products available to clients.
Full knowledge of business process across the multiple teams and requirements in respect of the regulator.
