Job Description
Hire Resolves Client is urgently looking for a HR Manager: Mining to be based in Mpumalanga!
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals supporting organizational growth and culture.
- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition workforce planning and employer branding to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- Manage employee relations handle conflict resolution and ensure fair disciplinary processes and compliance with CCMA requirements.
- Drive performance management processes including appraisals coaching and succession planning for high-potential talent.
- Ensure HR policy compliance with labour legislation support Employment Equity and BBBEE initiatives and provide accurate HR reporting.
- Maintain HR systems and records support payroll processes and oversee employee benefits administration.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resource or related field
- 7-10 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a manager level position within a mining environment
- Valid Drivers License
