Job Description

Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for shaping strong people strategies and creating impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment AtPurac (Thailand) Limited a part of Corbion we are looking for a skilled HR Advisor to join our growing team and play a critical role in driving HR excellence across the organization. This position reports directly to the Country HR Manager Thailand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead local resource planning to ensure people readiness through effective onboarding/offboarding recruitment and talent pipeline development.
- Coordinate with local and regional recruiters to support hiring strategies.
- Implement and monitor performance management disciplinary processes and reward proposals in line with company policy and global HR strategy.
- Drive and support employee relations matters to ensure a positive and compliant work environment.
- Deliver and coordinate employee engagement activities and experience programs aligned with company culture and team morale.
- Facilitate team building workshops and change initiatives for organizational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with labor law internal policies and standards.
- Promote the company as an employer of choice through internal and external branding.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Social Science Business Administration Humanities or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience preferably in manufacturing or project environments.
- Strong knowledge of labor law HR tools and performance systems.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Thai.
- Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel
- Experience in an HRIS system is required
