Strategic Planning
Contribute to shaping and executing the company s medium- and long-term strategic vision.
Recommend target markets and strategies to expand the potential customer base.
Commercial Operations & Team Leadership
Take full responsibility for business operations in the assigned domain encompassing planning resource deployment and leadership oversight.
Lead and support the sales team including team leaders and members to achieve revenue KPIs.
Implement structured and scalable processes for professional and efficient business management.
Lead recruitment efforts and build comprehensive training programs to upskill the sales team.
Mentor core team members and establish a succession plan to ensure sustainable talent development.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Design and roll out customer engagement initiatives to foster strong relationships with key strategic clients.
Handle customer concerns effectively ensuring client satisfaction while driving business outcomes.
Represent the company in working with stakeholders such as government agencies and customers.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Executive Reporting
Collaborate closely with Marketing Operations and Finance to align on business priorities and maximize performance.
Foster interdepartmental synergy to optimize overall company efficiency and execution.
Provide timely performance reports and strategic insights to the COO and executive board.
Evaluate business performance and propose corrective actions to improve results.
Report periodically to the CEO and Board of Directors on progress and strategic initiatives.
Age from 35 to 45 with a university degree or higher preferably in Communications Business Administration Marketing Advertising Finance Law etc.
Fluent in at least two languages: Chinese-English Chinese-Vietnamese or Vietnamese-English with strong preference for Chinese bilingual candidates.
Minimum 8 years of leadership experience at mid- to senior level in large-scale companies ideally with relevant business domain experience.
At least 7 years of hands-on experience in senior-level business/sales management roles.
Foreign candidates must have a minimum of 6 years working experience in Vietnam or Southeast Asia.
Demonstrated success in managing sizable sales forces (100 team members).
Strong strategic mindset multicultural leadership and excellent execution capabilities.
Capable of conducting market assessments and driving business analytics.
Outstanding leadership communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
