Job Description

Location: Barcelona Spain

Role: Dutch speaking Sales Representative

Salary: Basic 23.876€ up to 3.408€ gross/year in performance bonus potential

Hours of work: 39hrs p/week Mon-Fri

We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Representative to join our client's international team in vibrant Barcelona. You’ll help businesses grow through smart digital advertising solutions while developing your career in a fast-paced tech-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by converting qualified leads into long-term customers and strategically expanding relationships through upselling.
  • Manage both inbound and outbound leads acquiring new advertisers for digital marketing solutions.
  • Own and optimize your client portfolio ensuring their campaigns meet and exceed expectations.
  • Work in a target-driven environment achieving individual and team sales goals.
  • Understand customer objectives and align solutions with their marketing and business strategies.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies to unlock market opportunities and improve client results.
  • Guide small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) through the sales process ensuring successful onboarding and campaign launches.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fluent Dutch and English
  • Deep understanding of Dutch/Belgian business culture and practices.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience ideally in fast-paced or high-stakes environments.
  • Proven ability to close deals and align solutions with client goals.
  • Strong CRM skills with experience managing and optimizing customer relationships.
  • Skilled at integrating AI tools into workflows for smarter personalized outreach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
  • Motivated proactive and confident with a competitive mindset.
  • Business acumen with strong analytical skills to support growth strategies.
  • Customer-focused and committed to delivering high-quality experiences.

Relocation Package

There is a fantastic relocation package available for the successful candidate which includes: flight to Barcelona from a European airport airport pickup in Barcelona and 4 weeks accommodation on arrival plus an additional relo bonus of 600 euro paid in the 2nd month (note: if company accomodation is not available a financial compensation will be given). Furthermore there is a fantastic on boarding team in Barcelona that will assist you with finding accommodation and help you settle in your new city.
