Key Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of the reconciliation process between client transactions PSPs bank accounts and trust accounts.
- Identifying analyzing and resolving financial discrepancies and mismatches.
- Developing and implementing automated reconciliation processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Generating periodic reports and presenting reconciliation findings to global finance leadership.
- Working closely with internal departments including Finance BI Operations Compliance and R&D.
- Managing relationships with PSPs and financial institutions.
- Building and managing a high-performing reconciliation team (if required).
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a reconciliation or finance role within the Forex industry must.
- In-depth knowledge of payment flows: PSPs credit card transactions e-wallets wire transfers and trust accounts must.
- Advanced Excel skills required.
- Team management experience a strong advantage.
- Bachelors degree in accounting Economics or Business advantage.
- Experience working in a global environment advantage.

- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to take ownership and lead end-to-end processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills especially when working with global teams.
- High level of accountability initiative and process orientation.
