Job Description
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Operations to lead and oversee the operational functions within a fast-paced logistics and automotive environment. This role requires strategic leadership excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of supply chain manufacturing and distribution processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational strategies that align with business goals and drive efficiency across all departments.

Oversee day-to-day operations including logistics supply chain management manufacturing and quality control.

Lead cross-functional teams to optimize workflows reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with industry standards safety regulations and company policies.

Collaborate with senior leadership on budgeting forecasting and resource allocation.

Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to support operational needs.

Qualifications:

Proven experience (5 years) in operations management within logistics automotive or related industries.

Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing large teams and complex projects.

In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes inventory management and manufacturing operations.

Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering Logistics or related field (MBA preferred).
