The role focuses on achieving business targets through the direct acquisition of customers ensuring compliance and providing strong leadership to the branch staff.
Key Responsibilities:Drive sales through the Direct Channel by acquiring new customers and upselling/cross-selling to existing customers.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
Lead coach and manage a team of Sales Managers and Executives.
Ensure compliance with internal policies procedures and external regulations.
Monitor and analyze sales performance customer feedback and market trends to optimize sales strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Handle escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with product operations and support teams to ensure smooth business execution.
Ensure timely recruitment onboarding training and retention of sales staff.
Track daily productivity and ensure performance metrics are met.
