Due to our growing client base and the expansion of our team we are seeking an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join our Wills Trusts & Probate team in this role you will manage a varied and rewarding caseload including:

  • Taking instructions and drafting wills
  • Preparing and managing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
  • Administering estates including IHT returns and grant applications
  • Handling deputyship applications
  • Managing the affairs of elderly and vulnerable clients
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships providing clear and practical legal solutions
  • Developing new business opportunities and contributing to the departments growth
