About the Role
As Head of QA you will lead our Quality Assurance function across multiple product teams and tech stacks. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for QA building a scalable and efficient QA team and function across our entire product portfolio.
Youll be a key driver of our cross-functional quality culture shaping how we think about risk usability testability reliability and customer experience. While youll lead our QA craft your mission is broader: to help every team own and elevate the quality of what they build.
Youll be a critical part of our leadership team in product & tech working closely with Engineering Product and Design to ensure that our customers receive software that is robust reliable and delightful to use.
