Job Description

Description
The Role
  • Assist in managing clients general insurance programs ensuring the delivery of high-quality services in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communicate with clients via phone email and face-to-face meetings
  • Monitor and work in conjunction with the offshore Operations Support team in Mumbai to ensure the preparation and processing of renewal documentation and tax invoices
  • Maintain comprehensive client data on WTW systems facilities and databases
  • Manage policy documents and reports
  • Issue client certificates of placement policy wordings and certificates of currency
  • Assist with collection reports through effective debtor management
  • Adhere to all compliance requirements business processes company policies and procedures
  • Maintain comprehensive and detailed reporting and records management
  • Assist in developing and enhancing existing policies and procedures


Qualifications

The Requirements

  • A desire to build a career with a leading global broking and advisory company
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong written verbal and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritise work effectively
  • Ideally hold a Certificate III in Insurance Broking have completed FSRA Tier 2 training or demonstrate a commitment to complete one of these qualifications.
