You will be updated with latest job alerts via email Job Title: Customer Service Executive – MIS & Advanced Excel Location: Pune Experience: Minimum 2 years Budget: Up to 6 LPA Shift: US Shifts (Night Shift) Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Executive with strong Advanced Excel and MIS skills to join our team. The role involves handling customer service operations preparing and maintaining MIS reports and supporting data-driven decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in a professional and efficient manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Prepare analyze and maintain MIS reports using Advanced Excel tools. Work closely with internal teams to track KPIs service metrics and operational performance. Identify and report process gaps and suggest improvement areas based on data analysis. Adhere to quality compliance and service level standards. Ensure timely delivery of reports and dashboards to stakeholders. Required Skills & Competencies Advanced Excel expertise (VLOOKUP HLOOKUP Pivot Tables Power Query Macros Data Validation Conditional Formatting etc.) Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in MIS reporting. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in US shifts (Night shifts). High attention to detail and accuracy. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service with a focus on MIS reporting and Advanced Excel. Experience in working with global clients will be an added advantage.
