Who Were Looking For:

BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst): Experienced in behavior planning and skill development for children with ADHD. Strong collaboration and parent training skills are a must.
LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker): Skilled in providing therapy coaching and emotional regulation strategies. Background supporting people with ADHD.

Were looking for creative self-directed professionals with a flexible mindset who arent afraid to think outside the box. If you love adapting strategies to meet kids where they are we want to hear from you.

What Youll Do:

Deliver personalized services to children with ADHD
Assessment and treatment planning
Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team
Significant focus on parent training and coaching
Track progress and adjust care plans as needed
Work in persons home or via Telehealth (flexible based on role)

Requirements:

Active BCBA/BCaBA or LCSW/LPC/LMFT license
