You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hiring strategies sourcing techniques and employer branding. This role requires expertise in end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening to onboarding top talent.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle (sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding) for IT and Non-IT positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards social media employee referrals and networking events to identify and attract top talent.
Conduct initial screening calls assess candidates qualifications and coordinate technical/functional interviews.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate tracking of candidate progress.
Provide a seamless candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Work on diversity hiring initiatives to ensure an inclusive recruitment process.
Negotiate offers prepare employment contracts and coordinate background verification.& Stay updated with the latest hiring trends market insights and recruitment technologies.
2-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment handling both IT & Non-IT roles.
Proven experience sourcing and hiring for various functions including Engineering Sales Marketing HR and Operations.
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
Familiarity with employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing.
Strong negotiation and offer management skills
Knowledge of technical hiring including software development and IT infrastructure roles.
Understanding of compensation structures and market salary trends.
