Job Summary

As a Business Development Executive you will play a crucial role in driving the growth
and success of the organization by identifying new business opportunities building
relationships with potential clients and expanding the companys customer base. Your
primary objective will be to generate revenue through strategic sales efforts and achieve
sales targets. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute business
development strategies market the companys products or services and contribute to
the overall business expansion.


Required Skills:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research lead generation and networking.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to promote the companys products or services.
  • Conduct sales presentations product demonstrations and negotiations to close deals and secure new business contracts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional materials such as brochures presentations and proposals.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify areas for business growth and product/service improvement.
  • Gather customer requirements and provide feedback to the product development team to enhance existing offerings or develop new solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities customer interactions and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Participate in industry events conferences and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and expand professional networks.
  • Stay updated with industry trends market dynamics and emerging technologies that could impact the companys business and offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing customer support and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful project implementation.
