Position Summary:

The Sr. Manager of Global Benefits and Mobility will be responsible for leading all aspects of global rewards mobility including tax payroll equity immigration relocation and international assignments including permanent temporary and commuting. The Sr. Manager of Global Benefits and Mobility will be responsible for governance strategy design compliance global employment planning immigration strategy and global rewards planning. The Sr. Manager of Global Benefits and Mobility will ensure that Dovers strategy philosophy and practices in other parts of the globe are consistently aligned with business objectives best practices local laws and regulations. The Sr. Manager of Global Benefits and Mobility will work closely with external business partners and internal stakeholders across the organization and will leverage data-driven insights that facilitate and influence the strategy and design of innovative cost effective and market-competitive reward programs. This leader will partner directly with global teams across Dover operating companies and will interface with corporate functional leaders in finance legal tax and HR operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Work Arrangement : Hybrid

Pay Range: $160000.00 - $185000.00annually

Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
