Job Description
Your Responsibilities
Lead and drive progress within the System Design - Planning team ensuring the efficient operation of the internal PV planning department through self-developed tools and integrations with other systems.
You will oversee and improve:
PV Planning Tools - optimize own and evaluate other tools for PV system planning (module layout string planning static planning etc.) for different stages of planning and detail level (first estimate to final installation ready planning)
Workflow Management application for task prioritization assignment and communication for planning operations
System Design Data - provide high quality system design data for PV systems ensuring that correct offers bill of materials and installation instructions can be generated
Integrations - Integrations with 3rd party planning tools and other services
Manage the teams roadmap and the delivery of cross-team projects.
Collaborate with a diverse set of business stakeholders to unlock new opportunities.
Engage the team to improve internal processes
Drive change by identifying allies within the business and delegating tasks effectively.
Qualifications :
Your Profile
5 years of experience as a Product Manager.
C1/C2 level of German and English
Strong motivation and drive to get things donepragmatic and hands-on approach.
Strong stakeholder management skillsable to navigate challenges and find solutions.
Ability to engage and inspire the team fostering a culture of collaboration and progress.
Ability to navigate and operate in a fast moving and dynamic environment.
Previous experience in the domain of PV planning or installation is big plus
