What You’ll Do
- Oversee operations including scheduling, event delivery, sales and client service.
- Rebuild structure and processes while supporting growth.
- Lead and mentor a small team, creating accountability and alignment.
- Drive business development through events and facilitation.
- Client Liaison, building client relationships and retention.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in managing events, corporate learning, facilitation, or wellness.
- A warm “people person” who also brings structure and resilience.
- Someone who thrives in a small-team, hands-on environment.
- Passion for team development, wellness, and sustainable growth.
- Excellent PC skills including experience using CRM systems such as PipeDrive.
- Client focussed and goal orientated.
