Job Title: House Facility Manager
Location: Delhi
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and discreet House Facility Manager to oversee the
smooth operation maintenance and security of a private residence or estate. This role
involves managing daily household functions supervising domestic staff coordinating
external vendors and ensuring the home operates in line with the owner's preferences and
lifestyle. The ideal candidate is proactive service-oriented and experienced in managing
high-end private properties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage household staff including hiring scheduling and performance
oversight.
• Oversee all home systems (HVAC electrical plumbing security smart home tech)
and arrange for maintenance or repairs.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for landscaping pest control deep
cleaning etc.
• Manage household budgets track expenses and report to the property owner.
• Maintain inventories of household supplies groceries equipment and furnishings.
• Ensure safety protocols and emergency preparedness are in place (fire extinguishers
alarms etc.).
• Assist with event planning guest arrangements or travel logistics if required.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold high standards of privacy and service.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management Facilities Management
Property Management or a related field. Alternative: Certificate courses in Estate
Management Home Maintenance or Household Operations.
• 3-4 years of experience managing residential properties private estates or luxury
homes.
• Maintenance of household systems (HVAC plumbing electrical)
• Supervision of domestic staff (housekeepers chefs drivers gardeners)
• Vendor coordination (repairs renovations security)
• Budgeting and household inventory management
