The Department
The HR Services Department is responsible for providing day-to-day HR advice and services on a range of employment-related issues including workplace policy legislative compliance concerning industrial agreements and workplace laws performance management advice the end-to-end attraction of talent and recruitment services retention initiatives OH&S leadership and support and general HR advice to employees and managers.
The Role
The Employee Relations Advisor is a technical expert and a point of escalation and expert advice for complex case management of employee issues such as grievances disputes large scale change complaints ill and injured employees and WorkCover-related matters. The Employee Relations Advisor develops solutions to complex employment-related problems.
The Employee Relations Advisor provides contemporary advice to senior managers on the application of relevant employment-related legislation assessment of industrial risks and compliance requirements with Orders and Directions given by the Victorian Department of Health.
