Job Description
As a Bilingual Customer Relations Representative youll work from home and deliver exceptional support and solutions to customers calling in for assistance in French and/or English. Youll work with top technologies and systems while having a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you.

Qualifications :
- Fluency in English AND French
- Must have completed high school or equivalent
- Must have the ability to type 35 WPM
All equipment will be provided but the following requirements are necessary in order to be successful working from home:
- Internet speeds of at least 5 Mbps upload and 30 Mbps download (note: wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems)
- In-house network and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates
- A quiet and secure place to work
