Your responsibilities:
- Support German-speaking customers with last mile delivery queries (tracking rescheduling troubleshooting).

Provide accurate information via phone email and chat.

Ensure every customer receives a positive and efficient service experience.

Collaborate with internal teams to solve delivery-related issues.
Requirements:

Native or fluent German (C1-C2)

English B2 minimum (for internal communication)

Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Already living in Bulgaria OR motivated to relocate with full support

Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
