About the Role
Are you a problem-solver with excellent communication skills in French and English Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where customer satisfaction and operational efficiency are key Join our Logistics & Delivery team in Sofia and help ensure smooth delivery experiences for customers across Europe.
As a Logistics & Delivery Advisor you will be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email assisting with order tracking delivery coordination and issue resolution. This role is perfect for detail-oriented professionals who want to grow within a supportive and international work culture.
What Youll Do
- Handle inbound inquiries from customers via phone and email in French and English.
- Support delivery and logistics operations by resolving issues such as delays tracking requests or rescheduling.
- Collaborate with delivery partners to ensure efficient and timely service.
- Provide exceptional customer care ensuring satisfaction and building trust.
- Accurately document interactions and solutions in the internal system.
What Were Looking For
- Language Skills: Fluency in French (C1) and strong English (B2).
- Strong problem-solving organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in logistics delivery or customer service is a plus but not required if you bring motivation and adaptability.
- Availability to work on a rotational schedule (Monday-Saturday 08:0021:00 Saturdays until 18:00).
