We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Generation VA to research identify and qualify potential clients for our business. The ideal candidate will have experience in prospecting database building and outreach with strong organizational and communication skills to help grow the sales pipeline.
Conduct research to identify potential leads through social media online directories and industry-specific sources.
Build and maintain a database of qualified prospects with accurate contact details.
Use tools like LinkedIn Apollo or other lead generation platforms for prospecting.
Initiate first-level contact via email LinkedIn or other communication channels.
Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team.
Follow up with prospects to maintain interest and move them through the pipeline.
Update CRM with lead information and activity tracking.
Maintain an organized lead tracking system for follow-ups.
Provide weekly reports on lead generation performance and conversion rates.
Identify new industries target audiences and trends for lead generation opportunities.
Support the sales and marketing team with data-driven insights.
Proven experience in lead generation prospecting or sales support.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot Zoho Salesforce or similar).
Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach tools.
Strong research and data-entry skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
