You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a member of VECs senior leadership team you will bring to life the vision of VEC by developing and supporting a skilled and engaged workforce. You must have strong communication skills be a good listener thrive on collaboration and believe in the possibility of people. We are looking for someone tenacious curious optimistic and empathetic and who enjoys providing guidance accountability and people advocacy across the organization including to the CEO and the senior leadership team.
You also will be a working leader who oversees and works in the details of effective delivery of all Human Resource functions to achieve results that align with the purpose vision and core values (rules of engagement) of VEC. You will regularly design and lead strategies to improve recruiting engagement teamwork and development of all employees by collecting and synthesizing input from stakeholders identifying opportunities for improvement proposing creative and practical solutions and thoughtfully designing process rollouts through a change management lens.
Required education and/or experience:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $140000 to $160000 per year. VEC benefits include comprehensive health dental and vision as well as life insurance and a generous paid time off and retirement benefits package. The role is based on-site at our Johnson Vermont facility with periodical travel through beautiful northern Vermont to our other locations.
