This is a remote position.
We re seeking a Marketing Assistant with strong expertise in social media marketing (both paid and organic) and graphic design. This role will focus on building a strong digital presence across platforms producing high-quality branded visuals and supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns. You must be creative detail-oriented and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
Plan create and manage daily content for Facebook Instagram TikTok LinkedIn X (Twitter) and YouTube
Execute and monitor paid advertising campaigns across Meta TikTok and LinkedIn
Optimize content for platform algorithms to drive engagement and reach
Analyze social media performance audience growth and ad ROI
Maintain content calendars and align posts with campaign goals
Design compelling graphics infographics and ad creatives using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Pro) or GIMP
Develop on-brand visual assets for social media blog posts and digital campaigns
Source edit and manage stock images and video assets
Collaborate with content and development teams on layout and visual planning
Write and optimize content for blog posts landing pages and key website sections
Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices (meta tags internal linking schema)
Use Google Search Console and GA4 to track performance and identify content opportunities
Maintain and update GBP listings
Respond to reviews post updates and manage Q&A
Use UTM tracking to measure traffic and lead sources from GBP
Track all campaigns using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Facebook Conversions API (CAPI)
Create monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Set up UTM links and custom tracking for marketing attribution
Strong experience managing paid and organic social media campaigns
Proficiency in graphic design with Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent
Portfolio required
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization
Proficient with GA4 GTM Meta Ads Manager Canva Trello and Asana
Extremely organized proactive and able to multitask in a remote work environment
Experience in home services construction or franchise marketing
Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp HubSpot or Klaviyo
Understanding of UX/UI best practices and CRM systems
Basic video editing experience (CapCut After Effects Premiere Pro)
