Purpose:
To manage HR functions including rewards strategy payroll operations and performance appraisal
processes while ensuring accuracy compliance and data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in designing and executing reward strategies and compensation frameworks.
Conduct salary benchmarking and support internal parity reviews.
Calculate and coordinate disbursement of bonuses and performance incentives.
Manage payroll inputs such as attendance leaves and salary adjustments.
Liaise with Finance for timely and accurate payroll execution.
Coordinate end-to-end performance appraisal cycles and manage related documentation.
Maintain advanced Excel-based dashboards reports and data trackers.
Prepare salary revision letters performance letters and payroll communication.
Perform HR data audits and generate analytics for decision-making.
Address employee payroll queries and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Requirements
Incumbent s Profile:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Rewards Payroll and Appraisal functions.
Skills:
Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables VLOOKUP; macros preferred)
Familiarity with HRMS or payroll systems
Strong understanding of HR processes and labor laws
Excellent communication and coordination skills
High attention to detail and confidentiality management
