The Opportunity:

As the Coordinator Passport to College you are responsible for effective advising and implementation of a major program and student success initiative focused on supporting retention and attainment for the increasingly diverse population of students pursuing an undergraduate degree who have experienced foster care or homelessness. Working alongside the Assistant Director and Director to provide expertise and support major responsibilities include advising and counseling of students; developing and executing student programming; supporting the director in liaise with University faculty supervisors and internal and external constituents; monitoring and evaluating student services and operational effectiveness; and supervising a team of undergraduate and graduate student workers providing critical services. The Coordinator is charged with carrying out the mission and strategic plan of the organization through effective and efficient coordination of operations and the development of opportunities.

Additional Information:

This is a full (100% FTE) project position. This position is overtime eligible.


Temporary End Date: This is a temporary position expected to end on August 31 2026. Renewal is dependent on the need for extension and/or if additional funding is secured to extend employment.

Monthly Salary: $3750.85 - $4574.20

In accordance with RCW 49.58.110 the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidates current experience education skills and abilities related to the position.
