Job Description

An established and rapidly growing electrical contractor is seeking a Project Executive or Vice President to lead and oversee a $250 million portfolio of complex commercial projects across the North East Dallas region. This is a high-impact leadership role for a proven electrical construction executive with a track record of delivering excellence on large-scale projects.

The companys portfolio includes mission-critical data centers advanced healthcare facilities and major commercial developments. This is an opportunity to shape the strategic direction of a thriving organization build high-performing teams and drive operational excellence on some of the regions most exciting projects.



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive leadership and strategic oversight for a $250M active project portfolio ensuring safety quality schedule and profitability goals are consistently achieved.

  • Lead and mentor Project Managers Superintendents and field leadership teams fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and operational excellence.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners GCs trade partners and key stakeholders to ensure project success and long-term business growth.

  • Oversee pre construction strategy project execution planning contract negotiations staffing forecasts and resource allocation.

  • Partner closely with estimating and business development teams to position the company for continued growth in the commercial and mission-critical sectors.

  • Monitor financial performance provide executive reporting and implement corrective measures when necessary to protect margins and client satisfaction.

  • Represent the company as a senior leader in industry events strategic client meetings and community initiatives.





Requirements


  • 12 years of progressive leadership experience within the electrical construction industry; minimum of 5 years in an executive or senior project leadership role.

  • Proven track record managing large commercial data center or healthcare electrical projects in excess of $50M individually or $200M in combined portfolio.

  • Deep understanding of electrical systems construction operations scheduling and financial controls.

  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire coach and build trust with diverse teams.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and client-facing skills.

  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management Electrical Engineering or related field preferred. Equivalent field experience will be considered.

  • Willingness to relocate to the Dallas area (relocation assistance is provided).
