We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Communication Manager / Assistant Manager to join our team in Jakarta this pivotal role you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that align with our organizations goals and enhance our brand presence in the market.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans that support business objectives and drive brand awareness with all hotel departments
- Lead the creation and management of compelling content across various channels including digital social media and traditional platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all marketing initiatives
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing and communication professionals fostering a culture of creativity and innovation
- Analyze market trends consumer behavior and campaign performance to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts including Meta search SEO SEM
- Oversee the planning execution and evaluation of marketing events product launches and promotional activities
- Develop and manage marketing budgets ensuring efficient allocation of resources
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including media partners agencies and internal departments
- Stay up-to-date with emerging marketing technologies and best practices implementing innovative approaches to drive results
Qualifications :
- Experience in marketing communications at Manager or asst Manager level
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms social media management and content creation tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation
- Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- In-depth understanding of the Indonesian market consumer trends and cultural nuances
- Familiarity with local and international marketing regulations
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive change when necessary
