Job Description

  • $140000 Super Uplift
  • Northern NSW Road project DIDO
  • RMS / TMR experience is essential

This Australian civil contractor focusses on local design and construct projects including: road / bridge airport & tunnel infrastructure. This is a high priority position that will forge the organisations future QLD success with DTMR infrastructure projects over the next five years.

We are looking for a Contracts Administrator with an Engineering background to work onsite managing all commercial agreements contracts and cash flow on this road infrastructure project in Northern NSW. This will be a challenging role that will demand previous experience in contractual disputes and negotiation solutions with clients in civil engineering.

While working closely with the Project and Construction Manager your role will include:

Assist Project Managers in subcontractor and consultant management

Manage head contract variations and scope changes

Develop cost controls and reporting requirements

Account finalisation of head contract and subcontracts

This is a highly rewarding role that will ensure long term employment here in Queensland with one of the heavy hitting tier one contractors. You will require similar experience in commercial management in civil construction preferably mining infrastructure large main roads water infrastructure or similar fields.
