The Role
Were hiring our first / founding Email Marketing Manager a hybrid marketer-product expert who will consolidate and lead our email and nudge lifecycle strategy. Youll craft and execute high-impact campaigns using both classic lifecycle marketing tactics and cutting-edge prompt engineering. Your goal: get users to consistently return to Nadia our AI coach through thoughtful tailored nudges that create value and drive action.
Youll own our cross-channel email strategy - from 30-day onboarding flows to personalized conversation-triggered nudges - collaborating deeply with product CS marketing and engineering teams. Youll also experiment with LLMs to generate dynamic context-aware messaging directly from user conversations.
This is a high-ownership cross-functional role for someone energized by a fast-moving ambiguous first-in-role environment.

Location and Work Environment
This role is 3 days a week (Tues - Thursday) minimum in office in either New York (Union Square) or Toronto (Spadina&Queen). Candidates must be comfortable working with colleagues in different time zones and have valid travel documents without work authorization restrictions in their country of application.
