Strategic Planning: Lead the development of the strategic long-term plan for the Company ensuring a coordinated approach to meet future demands and recommending effective business models considering evolving commercial legislations;
Annual Business Plan & Demand Generation: Prepare gain approval for and implement the annual business plan budgets and programs that satisfy long-term strategic and corporate requirements. Generate strong and consistent consumer demand through targeted cost-effective marketing strategies based on consumer insights and market knowledge to grow brand volumes and image;
Profitable Growth & Subordinate Management: Ensure profitable growth revenue and market share objectives for TT customers by developing and implementing a comprehensive business plan. Ensure accountability goals and objectives for all key subordinates are understood allocate resources effectively and monitor progress;
Optimal Distribution: Ensure optimal RTM and distribution arrangements are implemented by selecting distributors building strong business relationships and taking decisive action to rectify short-term problems;
Team Development: Recruit motivate and develop key subordinates to fulfill the requirements of each position ensuring a sound management structure. Be a constructive member of the RO LT and role model a one-team approach;
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain business relationships with key customers suppliers and government departments to ensure Mondelez maintains its desired image and stays up to date on developments;
Leadership & Staff Motivation: Through personal leadership ensure the Company develops a committed and motivated staff resulting in minimal industrial relations issues. Manage team overheads effectively;
Compliance & Corporate Citizenship: Drive internal practices and social responsibility programs. Ensure corporate integrity and compliance programs are adhered to. Ensure Mondelz is a good corporate citizen through sound relationships with government agencies and complete compliance with regulatory requirements. Ensure the Companys assets are protected by monitoring security systems policies and procedures;
Ethical Compliance: Know ethical and legal compliance responsibilities lead ethically and model compliant behavior. Maintain an environment where employees can speak up without fear of retaliation and understand their compliance responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in market analysis trends and business intelligence;
Fluent English is essential;
2-5 years of experience in Management with a focus on the traditional trade area;
