The Director Sales Effectiveness is a key leadership role for ATPCO responsible for elevating the performance productivity and effectiveness of the Global Sales organization. The director leads commercial strategies and other strategic priorities driving product and feature adoption revenue growth and positive customer satisfaction. The role leads a cross functional team that empowers the global sales teams to optimize partner relationships and position ATPCO as a strategic partner in the airline industry ensuring ATPCO meets and exceeds business objectives. This role requires deep industry knowledge strategic thinking and the ability to mentor teams fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture
Roles and Responsibilities :
Salary Range: $206500 - $232754 USD
