CONTEXTE DU POSTE
Afin daccompagner notre croissance nous recherchons notre futur(e) Head of Partner Ecosystem pour structurer dvelopper et animer notre rseau de partenaires intgrateurs.
Rattach notre Head of Professional Services vous jouerez un rle cl dans la dfinition de notre stratgie cosystme et la mise en place de relais de croissance via des partenaires qualifis.
VOS FUTURES MISSIONS
Development of the Sell To and Sell through Partner Ecosystem (system integrator reseller technology partners):
Identify recruit and develop strategic partnerships with complementary companies.
Implement a dedicated strategy for sovereignty in Europe for key accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies with the companys business objectives.
Partner Relationship Management:
Lead regular follow-up of partners to get their maximum satisfaction and commitment.
Organize/participate to meetings and events to strengthen relationships with partners.
Develop training and support programs for partners.
Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement strategies to develop and optimize the OneChaps Partner program
o Analyze market trends and identify partnership opportunities.
o Participate in the definition of business objectives and action plans to achieve these objectives.
Internal collaboration:
Work closely with sales marketing product and technical support teams.
Ensure effective communication between partners and the various internal teams.
Organize/participate in internal meetings to share feedback from partners and contribute to the improvement of products and services.
Analysis and Reporting:
o Monitor and analyze partnership performance.
o Prepare regular reports on the state of the partner ecosystem and the results achieved.
o Propose corrective actions and improvements based on analyses and achievement of objectives
